The iki Challenge is about planning and taking positive steps in your life to become happy, healthy and strong. It’s a simple fact that, no matter what task you’re undertaking, or what goal you are pursuing, you will achieve better results if you know what you want, plan beforehand, and believe you can do it. The iki challenge will take you through where you life is at, what you want to improve or balance out more, setting goals and planning to achieve them. Most of us know how to plan, but very few of us regularly use planning tools on the job that really is the most important of all—our own lives.
